Standard Dispatch Period

1. Dispatch Timeframe: Our standard dispatch period is 8-10 business days. This period excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Pre-Order: Pre-order styles are made specially for you and take at least 20–25 days to dispatch.
3. Public Holidays: We do not work on public holidays. If your order is placed around a public holiday, it may take longer to process.
4. Seasonal Delays and Unforeseen Events: During seasonal times, festivals, or unforeseen events like political unrest, public curfews, or containment zones, there may be an additional delay of 7-10 days. If this happens, our team will notify you by email or phone.
5. Dispatch Notification: We will notify you via email one day before the expected dispatch date. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
6. Domestic Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery within India generally takes 2-3 working days. Shipping is ₹80 on orders below ₹3,000 and FREE on orders of ₹3,000 and above.
7. International Shipping: International delivery usually takes 5-8 days after dispatch and may vary because of customs or destination-country processes.

Tracking information will be available on your order page after dispatch. We cannot cancel an order once it is placed successfully.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns or refunds.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and complete quality checks before dispatch. Exchanges are offered only for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, email dharviinfo@gmail.com with a proper unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Items sent for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all packaging and tags. Exchanges are available for domestic orders only. An exchange shipping charge of ₹200 per product applies.
