How do I choose my size?
Use the Size Guide and compare your body measurements with the chart. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
When will my order dispatch?
Dharvi pieces are made to order. The standard dispatch period is 8-10 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Pre-order styles take at least 20-25 days to dispatch.
How should I wash my garment?
Dry clean is recommended for best care. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and direct sunlight for long drying periods.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available at additional charges. After dispatch, international delivery usually takes 5-8 days, depending on customs and destination-country processes.
Can I return or exchange?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Returns and refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are offered only for damaged products – email us with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. An exchange shipping charge of ₹200 per product applies. Terms & conditions apply.
Can I pre-book?
If a product is marked for pre-booking, dispatch and delivery timelines may differ from ready or standard made-to-order pieces.
